Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted use

Records may be queried, stored, and processed by the subscribing account for internal research, analysis, diligence, and model training or inference. Derived work — signals, features, conclusions, reports built on the records — is yours.

2. Excluded on every tier

• Resale or sublicensing of the records themselves
• Bulk redistribution outside the subscribing account
• Re-publication of raw records as a competing dataset or feed
• Use of records to identify, contact, or profile private individuals beyond what the public filing itself states

3. Gated datasets

Datasets sourced under third-party license terms carry those terms through. They are enabled only on institutional licenses after source-license review, and any additional restrictions are named on the license itself.

4. Enforcement

We contact the account holder about suspected breaches before suspending keys, except where a source license obligates immediate action. Questions about whether a use is covered: legal@agenticdatamining.ai — ask first, it's a fast answer.
