Terms of Service

1. The service

Agentic Data Mining provides subscription access to structured public-record datasets over MCP, REST, and — on institutional licenses — CSV delivery. Records are served as filed by the issuing source, with source identifiers attached.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Self-serve tiers bill monthly in advance at the flat rate published on the pricing page. No usage charge applies to tool calls on any tier. Tier changes take effect at the next billing cycle; annual terms are available on every tier.

3. Keys and accounts

API keys are issued to the subscribing account and may not be shared outside it. Developer keys are single-seat; Desk keys cover the subscribing team; institutional keys are scoped in the signed license.

4. Data and use

Records are licensed for internal research and model use as described in the acceptable use policy. Resale, bulk redistribution, and re-publication of raw records are excluded on all tiers. Gated datasets require completed source-license review and an institutional license.

5. Accuracy

We normalize records but do not alter their substance; filings can contain errors introduced by the original filer or source system. The service is provided as-is, and nothing served through it is investment, legal, or professional advice.

6. Termination

Either party may cancel a self-serve subscription effective at the end of the paid period. We may suspend keys used in breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, with notice to the account holder.
