Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, billing information handled by our payment processor) and operational logs: key ID, tool called, parameters, timestamp, and response size. We serve public records; we are not in the business of collecting personal data beyond running the service.

2. What we do with logs

Access logs exist for security, support, and capacity planning. Because pricing is flat, logs are never used for billing. We do not sell query data, use it to trade, or share it with other customers.

3. Where it lives

The service runs on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in US regions. Logs are retained for 13 months, then deleted. Institutional licensees can request shorter retention in the license.

4. Cookies

The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The account console uses a session cookie to keep you signed in — that's the list.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time. Write to privacy@agenticdatamining.ai; we respond within 30 days.
